Doula Services
I am a full-spectrum doula, providing support for you during your transition from pregnancy to postpartum and parenthood. Think of me as a “pregnancy coach,” helping to guide you on your journey into parenthood so you know your options and can make informed choices.
From one-time education sessions to virtual biweekly support and on-the-ground physical doula support, I am here to help you envision your birth, advocate for yourself, and step into your power. As an option, I combine the tool of human design to help promote alignment and self-discovery as you step into the journey of parenthood.
Human Design Coaching
I’m an alignment coach, utilizing the tools of education and human design to help us connect inwards and progress towards a liberated and aligned collective, because when we’re individually aligned and in tune with ourselves, then we are serving those around us, too.
Human design is a unique systems approach to gaining clarity on your journey. My sessions provide an in-depth container that opens a new way of understanding self and being in relationship. I offer 3 levels, ranging from introductory to expert, so whether you are familiar with HD or have never heard of it before, I have something for you!
Business Consultation
I specialize in making order out of chaos, building systems for flow and structure to help scaffold your business expansion. Call in my “organized chaos” mind and let me make sense of all of the pieces you have sitting around you! We’ll talk through your business structure, current structures, hopes and goals, and go from there.
Whether you’re a seasoned entrepreneur, a small business start-up, or going through a restructuring, sometimes you don’t know what you need until you talk it through and get an outside perspective.
